Queue issues…

Hey guys,

I’m here to alert you to the fact that we’re having some really big problems with the queue. In short:

• We can no longer re-order the queue by simply dragging and scrolling.
• We can no longer even re-order the queue by sending items to the top of the queue and then moving them manually from there because the “Move to top” button has disappeared.
• We can no longer re-order the queue in any way that takes less than 15 minutes per quote.

Unfortunately, we are at our wits’ end with this. I’ve looked into plug-in fixes to no avail.

What this means is that our best option is to move everything in the queue (which is approximately 180 quotes long) into the Drafts box and then manually move them back in the correct order. This is not a fast process, and I’m afraid that the Drafts box doesn’t keep things in order particularly well, either.

I think what’s going to happen is that everything that’s in the queue now is going to get scrambled. Please don’t worry about your quote; it’s in there, it just isn’t going to publish right away.
